Important Certification Information: 
We will be doing digital check-in and check-out for this event(Indiana sign out is on paper).

The check-in and check-out forms will be on GCPMA.com homepage.

To have your credit hours sent to the state(s) you will need to be on both the check-in and check-out lists. The check-out information will be collected digitally on the GCPMA.com website and will be sent directly to the state at the completion of the event. It is imperative that you are on that list, and your name and license number are entered correctly to ensure you receive credit.

If you are certified in Indiana and need Indiana credits please make sure you are on the physical paper sign-out list for Indiana that will be at a table toward the back of the room with GCPMA Board Members helping with that sign out.

FAILURE TO PROPERLY DOCUMENT YOUR ATTENDANCE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF CREDITS FOR THIS PROGRAM.
