We will be doing digital check-out for this event. The check-out form will be on GCPMA.com homepage at the conclusion of the event.

To have your credit hours sent to the state(s) you will need to be on both the registration and check-out lists. The check-out information will be collected digitally on the GCPMA.com website and will be sent directly to the state within 72 hours of the completion of the event. It is imperative that you are on that list, and your name and license number are entered correctly to ensure you receive credit.

If you are certified in Indiana and need Indiana credits please make sure to sign-out physically on the Indiana sign-out papers at the entrance.

FAILURE TO PROPERLY DOCUMENT YOUR ATTENDANCE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF CREDITS FOR THIS PROGRAM.
