Thank you for supporting the GCPMA scholarship fund and choosing to advertise with the Greater Chicago Pest Management Alliance. Our alliance is stronger because of you and your support. We are excited to bring our audience your communications and ads. We believe that this method of communicating to the GCPMA audience will be more effect and beneficial to you our advertisers, rather than our previous printed newsletters.

IMPORTANT! AD SUBMISSIONS, DEADLINES, AND DETAILS

  • Art should be digital format ready. Ad should be sent or uploaded to the GCPMA as a JPG or PNG file. 

  • Upload your ad and ad details through the ad upload page on the GCPMA website or send all assets for your ad to info@gcpma.com

  • If you've purchased multiple weeks you will receive email reminders from Chris@gcpma.com to submit your ad assets so please make sure you add this email to your contacts so it doesn't end up in a spam, junk, or promotional folder

  • Digital ad and other assets/information are due to the GCPMA 1 week, 7 days, before your ad is scheduled to go out to our GCPMA audience. Ads will go out Tuesday so the deadline for ad details to the GCPMA is the prior Tuesday to your ad date.

Ad Submission Details

You may provide a paragraph about your ad as well as a link to any landing page you would like to send readers to, to get more information about your ad content or promotional product. Ads will be sent out as part of a weekly informational email to our GCPMA audience. Ads will be scheduled to send on Tuesdays.

Ad space that was purchased, but no ad has been provided by the deadline will go out as just the company name and link to homepage of said companies website. To avoid this please make sure you get your ads submitted on time

Any company that purchases multiple weeks and does NOT provide a new ad or ad details for the additional weeks will have their original ad details sent as the ad for the additional purchased weeks. To avoid this please get your new ads into the GCPMA before the deadline.

 

You will receive an email, to the email provided on the form you submitted, with the week(s) you purchased.
